By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc trading as (“size?”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw.

Instagram shall have no liability to any entrant of this prize draw.

• 1. What can you win?

  • There will be two (2) winners. The winners will each win up to 250€ worth of size? products of their choice, available on sizeofficial.ie (the “Prize“)

    The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. size? has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility and products the winner would like to receive). size? has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of size?. size? shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason) or is not available, size? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

• 2. What is excluded from the prize?

  • It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

• 3. Who can enter?

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of Ireland.

    size? reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. size? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

• 4. How to enter

  • Entrants can enter the prize draw by completing all of the following steps below:

    1. follow the official size? Instagram account @sizeofficialie; and

    2. like the post, tag a friend + comment your favourite Christmas emoji.

    Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

    Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

• 5. Closing Times

  • The prize draw will run from 08 December 2022 until 23:59 GMT on 15 December 2022. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

• 6. How are winners selected?

  • Winners will be selected at random, from all entrants who have made a valid entry following the “How to Enter” steps above. The decision of size? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by @sizeofficialie no later than 72 hours after the prize draw has closed.

    After the winner confirms their acceptance of the Prize, they will be required to confirm their full name as shown on valid ID (current passport or driver’s license) as well as provide: their email address; contact number; home address in Ireland to which the Prize should be sent; and their wishlist of products including sizes up to the value of 250€, to size?. size? will arrange will send the Prize via post. Due to longer delivery times during the festive period, the Prize will be delivered approximately 3 (three) to 4 (four) weeks after the products to be awarded as part of the Prize have been agreed between size? and the winner.

    In the event that the winner does not communicate his/her acceptance of the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours, despite size?’s reasonable efforts to contact them, size? reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived his/her right to the Prize.

• 7. Winners' Responsibilities

  • It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion; (ii) provide accurate contact details and delivery address; (iii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (iv) adhere to local laws in Ireland (v) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. size? will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

• 8. Personal Information

• 9. Publicity

  • By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at size?’s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that size? (or any third party nominated by size?) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

    size? reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
