How do I return something to you?

Free returns to Store
If you've paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our size? stores in the Republic of Ireland, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we can't take orders paid by PayPal back in store.

Christmas Returns

We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us. From Sunday 3rd November you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange (exchanges are available in store only) up until the Monday 6th January as long as they are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We are not able to process refunds or exchanges in store between the dates of 26th and 28th of December.

Visit the Parcel Motel website http://www.parcelmotel.com and choose size? from the dropdown menu.

You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility.

How long can I keep my order before returning?

We ask you return your items to us within 28 days of receiving them.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back.

Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)

You've sent me the wrong items

We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

The item I received is faulty

If you think the item your received is faulty get in touch with Customer Service and we'll see what we can do about it.
